Bismillahir-Rahmanir-Rahim - In the name of God, the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate.
Refuge, refuge, refuge, Exalted, devoted Guru Bawa Swami, I seek refuge at your glorious feet.
Cloaked with compassion and grace, O Deva, you rule the land, Dispelling sorrow and granting joy.
O virtuous Master Guru of glorious tranquility, O Gnani of fairness and peace, King of calm glow, O divine tree of generosity, sea of compassion, Rare gem of the eye, I seek refuge at your lotus feet.
You entertain and console those who seek you, You enshrine forever in your heart the humble disciples At Your flower-like graceful feet, That destroy the world of a thousand demons and diseases.
You are like the sea beaching its bund Firmly establishing the everlasting meaning, You give away Your body, belongings, and life The Great Hermit of wisdom, virtue and protection.
Endowed with the habits and qualities of a new born babe Your words of good conduct are milk and honey. The Ancient one has appeared on earth to protect The humble, the forlorn, and the helpless, at Your two feet.
Ever performing karma yoga, You know no fatigue, Bestowing grace, banishing difficulties, disease, and poverty You labor hard along with those who toil and labor, There is no count of Your services, O Swami.
You have seen the inner light, O Father of the world, You adorn the deep true spirit of wisdom. O Great Philanthropist, O Ambrosia, O Precious Gem, O Monarch, am I worthy to praise Your glory, at Your feet?
Great One, You are here for the prosperity of humanity, May You live for several long years, O lamp of bright flame, O good Guru Bawa, I seek refuge, At Your wondrous flowered feet, adored by the four winds.
